Zaira Bardos

(she/they) is a Filipina American writer & filmmaker who is a recent English MA graduate at Western Washington University. Growing up in a small town in the valley below Mt. Rainier, she found writing was a safe spot for her stories on yearning, home, and sad people in academia. They are currently a reader at FC2. She is published in Hot Pot Magazine, Wyld Craft Magazine, and Her Campus Media . Their films include “Ghost Spots” (2025) and “I Remember Everything” (2022).

Genevieve Christon

Viva is a recent graduate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign's Creative Writing Department, her goal once the adventures are over is to go back to that same university as a professor. She loves Poetry and Creative Non-Fiction and has been published with Montage Journal. Last winter, she joined a workshop program with PocketMFA, gained great friendships and worked under mentor Gayle Brandeis, all in the efforts to someday publish her first memoir. When she's not working, Viva has founded her own book club, loves knitting and crocheting clothes, has a freelance essay writing business, and takes care of her two cats.

Isabel Campisteguy

Isabel is a recent English graduate from the University of Washington who dreams of someday working with children's literature. Having grown up as a dancer, Isabel has always had a strong artistic energy that has drawn her to all things creative. She particularly enjoys working with traditional art, creative literature, layout design, and graphic editing. Her last project was as the layout editor for the 41st issue of Bricolage which was released this past spring. Outside of her artistic endeavors, Isabel can be found taking her dog on hikes, playing games with friends, and biking around Lake Washington.

Lilly Wright

Lilly Wright attended Bellarmine University and studied English and Film Studies. Her love of textual and visual storytelling is witnessed in her life-long fascination of the narrative arts. She is an experienced editor and writer, winning the O’Keeffe Essay Award at her university for her comprehensive skills as an essayist. Lilly is a published author of creative non-fiction, poems, and prose. Besides books and films, Lilly is passionate about environmental causes.

Summer Smith

Summer is a Filipino American writer and editor from Baltimore, Maryland who earned a B.A. in Creative Writing at Salisbury University. They have nonfiction and poetry published in places such as Femmage Zine, Third Wednesday, In Parentheses, and The Shore. Their writing focuses on disability justice, decolonization, and coming of age– but they are also passionate about caring for others' work through editing. Outside of writing and editing, they enjoy going to flea markets, playing cozy games, watching video essays, and listening to audio books.

Emily H. Cox is a writer and editor from Kansas City, MO. She has also worked as a bartender, a librarian, college writing instructor, a paralegal, and a tree-climbing arborist. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Western Washington University and a BA in Media & Cultural Studies from Macalester College. She has previously worked for the Bellingham Review and Chanter Literary Magazine. She covered arts & culture for Kansas City’s The Pitch for four years. She is currently working on a hybrid memoir that explores how her relationships with her parents have affected her relationships as an adult.

Madison Waelchli

Madison Waelchli (she/her) is a graduate of Oakland University in Michigan where she studied English and International Relations. She currently runs a successful “Bookstagram” account dedicated to sharing her love of literature with others. Her book reviews have gained increasing popularity and have been recognized by the authors themselves. She has even been contacted by authors to read and review their work. She is also part of the HarperCollins Epic Tastemakers Influencer program through which she receives several ARCs of the latest book releases. She has also been approved for many ARCs through Netgalley as well. Outside of her work on her account, Madison can be found attending various concerts, hosting movie nights with her friends, and trying out new local coffee shops.
